Welcome to the "Ask JafSoft" forum. This is a moderated forum which allows unregistered users to ask JafSoft support questions about their products.

Please note any questions asked in the forum will only be answered through the forum. If you have a detailed technical question, you may be better advised to email JafSoft via our contact page (http://www.jafsoft.com/getintouch.html).

For detailed enquiries it helps if you can provide any sample input files, and policy file or other configuration files you're using and a detailed description of what you want to achieve. Any files sent to us via email will be treated in convidence, and are best sent as .zip file attachments.

Please do not send more than 2Mb of files without contacting us first. Sometimes we can answer queries without your files, or with smaller sample files.
