First, apologies for very late response. The forum software hid your message from me for a while. This message is supposed to indicate that the folder you have selected as the input folder doesn't exist. A similar message used to be generated for output folders if the folder either didn't exist, or wasn't writable (e.g. if was a read-only CD folder). In XP there was a fault in the Windows code used to test this attribute of the folder, so the test on output folders was removed, but I think the test on input folders remained. It may be that a similar problem is occurring for input folders, or perhaps you're trying to convert files from a read-only folder and the software doesn't like this. Usually moving the source files to a differnt folder will solve this issue. It's not ideal I know, but it does offer you a potential workaround
